1. What products does Fennistroyβ’ offer?

2. How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1β3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking information is sent by email once your order has been prepared and transferred to the shipping carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders may only be modified if they have not yet entered the fulfillment stage. Once processing begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
5. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging. We will review and provide further instructions.
